SOMATO-RESPIRATORY INTEGRATION (SRI):
SRI works as a companion to Network Spinal Analysis. It consists of self-directed exercises which gently direct focus, respiration, movement and touch to:
1. develop the skill of connection to the body and spine
2. discover patterns of tension and ease
3. discover areas of the body that hold energy available for healing
4. understand the different stages of healing
SRI sessions are included in your wellness plan, and are done privately or in a group environment. SRI can easily be practiced at home or at work. |
